La Marque, Texas - League City based Brockway Commercial, an affiliate of Brockway Realty, LLC announced that it has completed the sale of the 5,628 square foot church, office building and residence located at 1133 Delaney Road in La Marque, Texas. Five acres of land were sold along with the improvements. The building formerly served as the church and offices of Faith Bible Church.
Brad Boyd and James Brockway represented the seller on this transaction and the buyer was unrepresented.
Brockway Commercial is located in League City, Texas and together with its parent, Brockway Realty, LLC has 15 agents serving the commercial and residential leasing and sales markets around the Houston area.
