Whispering Lakes Ranch Report - Home Sales Update Through June, 2016

The lead story for Whispering Lakes Ranch in League City, Texas through June, 2016 is that the median sales price per foot jumped 11% when compared to the same time frame in 2015.  That is a substantial increase in equity for existing homeowners and hopefully a nice predictor of things to come!

Other sales information as reported by the Houston Association of Realtors
There have been nine homes sold in the first half of 2016 ranging in price from $418,000 to $759,900 with a median of $605,000 or $129 per foot.  In 2015 during this time frame, there were only four homes sold, with the sales price ranging from $550,000 to $595,050 with a median of $577,625 or $116 per foot.

There are currently five homes for sale in Whispering Lakes Ranch, with list prices ranging from $654,900 to $864,990 with a median of $684,950 or $131 per foot.
