The majority of the homes in the well-established neighborhood of Clear Creek Village were built in the 1970’s and are nestled among mature landscape with gorgeous trees. Most of these homes have been remodeled over the years with beautiful indoor and outdoor updates. Prices of these homes depend on age, condition, updating and remodeling. Price per square foot and sales volume increased in the third quarter of 2017, with six homes sold in the third quarter, compared to two in the second quarter. Clear Creek Village Report Penny Brockway’s Quarterly Home Sales Update

Clear Creek Village in League City, Texas continues to perform well with high prices and increasing volume through the first quarter of 2017 and the median sales price per foot at $219,900. Sales volume also continued to grow with three sales in the first quarter of 2017, compared to two in the first quarter of 2016.

As mentioned above, there were three homes sold during the first quarter of 2017 in Clear Creek Village ranging in price from $169,500 to $229,500 with a median of $219,900, or $102 per foot. In comparison, in the first quarter of 2016, only two homes sold with a median of $247,500, or $84 per foot. So, the median price per foot declined compared to last year, but the price per foot increased substantially.

There are currently four homes for sale in Clear Creek Village, and one of these is under contract. List prices of these homes range from $199,000 to $250,000 with a median of $229,983, and an average price per foot of $92.
