Chad grew up in East Texas and graduated from Lamar University with a degree in corporate communications. He spent several years as a corporate trainer with heavy emphasis in customer service. After surviving Hurricane Rita, Chad and his wife, Susan, moved to Galveston County and have made their home here. Chad brought his customer service focus to real estate after a few more years in retail management. Chad's past clients rave about his attention to detail and his problem solving skills.
