Opened, Coming Soon, and Closed - Bay Area Business Update - October 2016 Issue

The Bay Area is experiencing growth not only in new homes, but also in businesses. The lists below are retail/service businesses*, medical facilities, etc. that are now open, coming soon or closed. We intend to update this report at least once a month to keep you informed.

• Sweet Petites Bakery & Cake Supplies- 6011 W Main St #A-104, League City;
• Jersey Mike's Subs - 25555 East League City Parkway, League City;
• Academy Sports & Outdoors- 2550 Pearland Pkwy, suite 100, Pearland;
• International Signature Bistro – 3659 NASA Parkway, Seabrook;
• Dickinson ISD, Lobit Education Village– Lobit Elementary School; Lobit Middle School, 1251 FM 517 W, Dickinson, Grand Opening was September 13;
• Big League Dreams – (new field house) 1150 Big League Dreams Pkwy, League City; opened September 29^th;
• Tight Ends Sports Bar & Grill – 2502 Gulf Freeway, League City; opened September 30;
• Memorial Hermann Urgent Care - 19419 Gulf Freeway, Webster;
• Dick’s Sporting Goods – 500 Baybrook Mall, Friendswood, opening October 21

• Gilley's Family Entertainment Center - Construction starting soon on the La Porte Town Center; Some of the tenants signed up for Phase 1 are: Locked and Loaded Arms, Hamburgers by Gourmet, McCardell's Pub, Fashion District, Golf World, and Gilley's Texas Roasters; located adjacent to the Bay Forest Golf Course Completion projected by Fall 2017;
• Pho Banh Mi Bistro & Grill -Bay Colony1804 W FM 646 Rd, League City;
• Fuzzy’s Taco Shop –2660 Marina Bay Drive in League City;
• El Pollo Loco - 2,900 SF, at 2760 Gulf Freeway in Victory Lakes, League City;
• Jason’s Deli- plans to build restaurant in League City at Bay Colony;
• Pollo Tropical -  Baybrook Mall on the ring road next to Rooms to Go;
• Marais - Cajun-inspired steak and seafood restaurant, 2015 FM 517, Dickinson;
• Blaze Pizza- 1507 West Bay Area Blvd, Webster Village;
• Churrascos– 1039 Bay Area Blvd, Webster; South American Steak & Seafood;
according to company reps, a February 2017 opening is projected;
• Pluckers – Sports bar and chicken wing restaurant, Webster;
• HealthSouth Hospital – 40-bed inpatient rehab hospital; located on the development of The Reserve at Shadow Creek Ranch at the intersection of Business Center Drive and Medical Center Drive; Pearland

• Zio’s Italian Kitchen – 820 West Bay Area Blvd, Webster
