• 70,000 sq. ft. of the previous location for J.C. Penney store will be redeveloped as a climate-controlled storage facility

Texas City Independent School District – Industrial Trades Education Center: $8 mil project, 30,000 sq. ft., being built at 1400 Ninth Ave North, Texas City, projected to open Jan 2017.

“The Delaney” at South Shore Harbour – League City: Under construction on Marina Bay Drive; 4-story building; 11-acre project will have 120 independent living apartments, 55 apartments for assisted living and 32 units for memory care.
