League City’s Hometown Heroes Park - New Pool Open Memorial Day Weekend

League City ~The official opening of the new City Pool located at Hometown Heroes Park,1001 E. League City Parkway, League City, was held on May 5th. Mayor Tim Paulissen, City Council Board Members, City Staff and many citizens were present for the ribbon-cutting.

The pool will be open daily to the public, for a free weekend, during the Memorial Day weekend, from Saturday, May 23rd, through Monday, May 25th. According to the Summer Guide, the pool will be closed May 26-29th, and reopen May 30-31 for a fee; close June 1-5, and reopen daily for the (fee-paid) season on June 6th through Labor Day, September 7th

The City Pool at Hometown Heroes Park will have dedicated times and space for lap swim in the afternoon and evenings and on weekends. Swim lessons will be offered in the mornings and evenings.
