Friendswood's Spring Sparkle

Spring has sprung and it’s time for spring cleaning!! The City of Friendswood will be hosting their annual Spring Sparkle on Saturday April 12^th 2014 at Centennial Park from 8am -2pm.  Shredding services will be offered from 10am -2pm, or until the truck is full.  Items accepted for drop off include tree limbs, old appliances, old furniture, unwanted wood, metal, plastic, large and small; but no hazardous waste (tires, paint, batteries, oil.)  Residents may also donate items to Keep Friendswood Beautiful’s  garage sale that morning.  All proceeds from that sale go to the beautification of city facilities and parks.  For more details please see the following article
