Brockway Commercial Completes Sale of 11035 Highway 6 in Hitchcock, Texas

Hitchcock, Texas - League City based Brockway Commercial, an affiliate of Brockway Realty, LLC announced that it has completed the sale of the 3,750 square foot building and warehouse located at 11035 Highway 6 in Hitchcock, Texas.  The building formerly served as an air conditioning and repair company.

James Brockway represented the seller on this transaction and the buyer was unrepresented.
