Clear Lake Symphony's annual Christmas "Pops" Concert, with Associate Conductor Robert F. Wall, will be presented on Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church Auditorium. The Symphony will perform a melody of Christmas Seasonal Favorites and also well-known classical works.

Guest Artists: Gloria Dei Lutheran Festival Choir. The concert has become a Bay Area holiday tradition for many of our local residents. Seating is available on a first-come/first-served basis. So get your group together and plan to join us for a wonderful holiday celebration.

Bay Area Houston Ballet & Theatre Presents The Nutcracker, Dec 6-8 and Dec 13-15

Performances are held at University of Houston Clear Lake-Bayou Theatre; Dates, times and ticket information can be found at the BHBT website.

Bay Area Chorus of Greater Houston Christmas Concert, December 7 at 7:30pm

The Bay Area Chorus of Greater Houston’s 49^th Concert Season continues with “Musical Moments – Christmas Mystery”. The concert is scheduled for Saturday, December 7 at 7:30pm at Webster Presbyterian Church, 201 W. NASA Parkway in Webster. Settings of O Magnum Mysterium by de Victoria, de Cristo, and Stadlmayr will be interspersed in Season of Carols arr. Shaw-Parker. Guest Choirs include: Beverly Hills Intermediate School, Pasadena ISD; Clear Springs High School Chamber Choir, Clear Creek ISD; and Stephen F. Austin Elementary Choir, Goose Creek Consolidated ISD.

Theatre Groups Present “A Christmas Carol” 

Dickinson -Bay Area Harbour Playhouse
“A Christmas Carol” by Bennie Nipper will be presented on stage at the Bay Area Harbour Playhouse, 3803 Hwy 3, Dickinson, from December 6^th through December 22^nd. The show schedule is: Fridays & Saturdays, 8pm; Sundays, 2:30pm. Ticket information can be found at harbourplayhouse.com.

Nassau Bay -Clear Creek Community Theatre
The classic holiday play, “A Christmas Carol” is scheduled to run from December 6^th through December 22^nd. Clear Creek Theatre is located at 18091 Upper Bay Road in Nassau Bay. For more information and ticket prices, go to clearcreektheatre.org.
